A guy on Yahoo Answers asked, Has 2Pac ever been on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno … ? 

I’ll answer that question with a question. What would a 2Pac interview with Jay Leno be like? I know 2Pac had an interview with Arsenio Hall as seen here, but really? What would a 2Pac interview with Jay Leno be like?

After all of the introductions … 

  • Jay: So I read online how you were affiliated with the illuminati.
  • ME: Here you go Jay. No, I was a former employee of NBC only brought on staff to build their ratings. It’s really ironic in a sense I anticipated having this interview with Conan, you’re suppose to be dead Jay. You still look ageless; chin and skin. I don’t mean this offensively Leno, but I imagined having this conversation with Conan. He’s my dude, but I’m having it with you. You the top dawg. You got the shout out on the song, “Rather Be Your N****”

Musicians’ Posthumous Hologram Strikes Back — TLC to Tour W/ Left Eye

TMZ reports that ”T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas will reunite with a hologram of Lisa “Left Eyes” Lopes to tour as TLC in 2012.

It was only ten years ago that Lisa Lopes died in a car accident.  During their last performance in 2003, TLC performed alongside a hologram of Lopes, which is bit similar to the 2Pac Hologram used this year at Coachella.

As of now 5 major cities have been confirmed for the TLC reunion Tour.

A TLC Biopic is also in the works and being developed by VH1. Kate Lanier has been chosen to write the script, you might recall that she also wrote the somewhat fictionalized Tina Turner biopic “What’s Love Got To Do With It”.

Tupac @ Coachella Spurs 2pac Greatests Hits to Billboard 200

News of the late Tupac Shakur’s virtual appearance on the first Sunday (April 15) of the annual Coachella Festival has spurred a re-entry for his “Greatest Hits” album on the Billboard 200 chart and a jump on the Social 50 for his onstage duet partner, Snoop Dogg.

Tupac’s 1998 album “Greatest Hits” returns to the Billboard 200 for the first time since 2000, as it jumps back in at No. 129 with 4,000 copies sold according to Nielsen SoundScan (a gain of 571% over the previous week). The MC’s other albums also saw gains, including “All Eyez On Me” (2,000; up 95%) and “Me Against the World” (1,000; up 53%).

The late rapper’s songs got a boost too. His biggest seller of the week was “Hail Mary” — the song his projection opened with at Coachella. The song moved 13,000 downloads last week for a 1,530% sales increase. His second biggest seller was his No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 hit “California Love” (featuring Dr. Dre and Roger Troutman), shifting 11,000 downloads (119% increase). His third best-seller was the second Tupac song that was performed at Coachella — “2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted” (with Snoop). It sold 9,000 (up 881%).

Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg makes waves on the Social 50 tally as he rises 29-20 on the chart after a video of their duet performance was viewed more than 3.4 million times during the tracking week. Tupac, however, doesn’t appear on the Social 50 as the popular clips was loaded to Snoop’s official YouTube channel, not Tupac’s, hence the growth for Tha Doggfather.
